I have seriously slacked on this blog! ugh!!!
Anyway, I have to update. I am finally below 180!!! Also, down two pant sizes!!
I have added a snack in the morning in between lunch and dinner. I am still doing the shakes/smoothies in the morning for breakfast, snack (usually a weight watchers string cheese), smoothie/shake for lunch, snack (usually green pepper slices or celery with laughing cow cheese...sooo good!) Than a dinner. I have been sticking to weight watchers meals for dinners.
I am still exercising at least 30 minutes a day. Ryan bought me these workout videos to do at the house. They are called "Mama wants her body back" The total body is intervals of cardio, strength and core. Than there is an abs video. The total body is 20 minutes; the abs video is 10 minutes. Its a good workout, but I wanted more.... So I ordered Ten Minute Trainer from Team BeachBody. Let me tell you, that 10 minutes is NO joke. I started those videos yesterday. I did cardio, lowerbody and abs yesterday. I did a video before the kids woke up, right at nap time and than after they went to bed.
I love the workout videos, because lets face it, when the kids are awake... there is no such thing as mommy time!
To date I am down to 177.5
and 2 pant sizes!

Day 3,4, and part of 5
This weekend was very busy, but I stuck to my diet/workout plan. I am doing the smart smoothie for breakfast and lunch and than a light healthy dinner. I feel so good! I have worked out everyday. Saturday, Ryan had 24 duty, so the kids and I went on a long,walk to visit him. (Long as in 4 1/2 miles!!!) I was so glad to complete it.
Ryan says he can tell a difference in my stomach, love handles and legs. I actually agree with him. My clothes are getting loose. I may not be down a ton of weight, but I am losing inches, I can tell! I weighed in last night (Sunday). I'll weigh in, again in a few days!
