Day 2 and I feel so good! I cannot believe the energy, I have! I do not have the jittery feeling. I just feel good!
I am still doing weight watchers along with the CTS 360. I just do not feel hungry at all!
Today's meals were:
Breakfast: Smart Smoothie and capsules
Lunch: Smoothie and capsules
Dinner: Ryan and the kids wanted taco bell. I got a fresco something or other taco that was a whopping 5 points on weight watchers. I took the kids on a walk today, 2 1/2 miles. I came home did 30 sit ups and a whole 5 push ups. (Hey, its a start!)
I couldn't resist getting on the scale so I did, and I am down 5 pounds!!!
I weighed in at 185.8
Still a long weigh to my goal but I am making progress.
Goal: 130
Day 1: 190.8
Day 2: 185.8

CTS 360 Day 1
So I am not very good at blogging or writing, but I wanted to start a weight loss journal. I am determined to lose and keep off this weight.
I have three children and I have yet to lose my baby weight from my first child (he's five)! I am desperate to lose weight, get in shape and keep it off.
For the past few months I have been on weight watchers, I have seen a few pounds here and there come off but not much. I am also exercising 5 days a week. (Even if its just a short 2 mile walk around the neighborhood, I am getting it in)!
My husband heard on the radio about a store called Complete Nutrition and a product called CTS360. I was skeptical, but read tons and tons of reviews, 98% of them were positive!
Last night I decided to go chat with the guy at Complete Nutrition. He did recommend CTS360 the kit and he threw in the smoothies, free! I decided to give it a shot.
So here is a breakdown of my plan.
Morning: Smoothie/Shake, 1 max capsule and 2 tone capsules and a women's vitamin!
Lunch: Either lunch or smoothie, 1 max capsule and 2 capsules.
Dinner: Reg dinner (I am still doing the weight watchers points!)
Bed time: 1 hour before bed take a night time capsule.
For Breakfast this morning I had a smoothie, and it was great! I didn't feel hungry at all after taking the shake and my capsules!
I worked out in between breakfast and lunch. 40 minutes on the treadmill (brisk walking and jogging as long as I could!) 30 sit ups and 30 side crunch things. (Its not much but I did what I could in the short time I had Ry, home to watch the kiddos!)
Right after my workout, I had a smoothie and the rest of the max and tone capsules for the day. I feel great. I have more energy today, than I have had in a very long time.
I am not a fan of putting my weight out for everyone to see, but I want to track my weight loss and see how far I get! I will weigh in every two days.
